PILOT(Mary): The pilot should get different destinations to fly because it will be more fun for him and he will be more excited for his next flight. As he is flying to the same places again and again his interest in flying is reduced because of same path.So, he should fly to separate places so that his interest should remain and he won’t get bored easily.
RIGHT-SEAT PILOT(Louise): The main reason he is not interested in flying is because of proper accommodation and facility. As, they arrive at their destination the taxi or rental car should be provided to them so it won’t be difficult for them to go to their restaurant.

Neither of your need statements are correct – they need to follow the format provided in the lesson: “Mary needs a way to reduce preparation time so that she can fly to more destinations”.
Your sketches are good – some are ‘features’ while others are ‘big ideas’. The assignment was to produce 5 big ideas.
I do not see a summary write-up of the big idea that you chose.
