Your English version and flowchart do not match. To solve this problem, you only need to know the windspeed (the car and drive time are excess information).
In your flowchart, it would not be a loop back up to ‘land in courtenay’ – this would never have a stop command (infinite loop). Also, your conditional statement should be in a diamond .
